No cardio, because the bikes I like were in use, and I wanted to get home relatively early anyhow. And not much upper body stuff, because my shoulders were feeling tender.
Rolled out the IT band etc.
Hamstring bridge, 4 sets of 9
Squats with ball, 2 sets of 15
Calf raises with ball, 2 sets of 15
Balance stuff standing on foam roll, two chunks of time, including some with eyes closed
Biceps curls (on ball), 10 pounds each hand, 20
Ab work lying on ball (feet on wall), 2 sets of 10
