I'm still not feeling entirely well (mostly rather tired), so when my company told us they were closing the office at 2:00 today, I decided it made more sense to cancel my session with Emilie (I'd been going to see her at 6) than ask her if she could reschedule for earlier in the afternoon. I made that call yesterday morning; by 2 this afternoon, I decided a small workout would be a net good thing. (And I wasn't sneezing at that point, so not worried about spreading germs.) But part of the logic on canceling was that I didn't think I had an hour's worth of workout in me, or that I was well enough to get full value from a session. (Yes, we can afford the training sessions; that doesn't mean I want to waste one.)

Cardio, 7:00 (minimum warmup), top heart rate 121
Rolled out the IT band and some other bits of leg fascia
Some balance stuff lying on the foam roller
Squats with physio ball, 2 sets of 15
Calf raises with physio ball, 2 sets of 15
Hamstring bridge, 4 sets of 8
Balance standing on roller, a bit (I almost skipped this but decided I was up for it; it went OK, not great)
Chest press, 50 pounds, 12, 9
Stretches
