I was feeling keyed up today, for some reason; the cardio helped, as
cattitude suggested it might.

Hamstring bridge, 4 sets of 8
Biceps curls, 10 pounds each hand, 20, 12
Squats leaning on ball, 2 sets of 15
Calf raise leaning on ball, 2 sets of 15
Some standing on the foam roller
Row sitting on ball, 40 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Triceps pulldown, 15 pounds, 12; 20 pounds, 10 (the 20 on this machine felt about like 35 on the one I more often use)
Wrist curl, 12.5 pounds, 7 (stopped because right elbow hurt)
