Strive chest press machine (which has me pushing slightly up as well as forwards; I suspect this is not good for me, but it was the available machine today, in mid-renovation), 45 pounds, 10; 65 pounds, 8

Calf raise with ball, 2 sets of 15
Balance standing on foam roller, some
Biceps curls on ball, 8 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 20
Crunches lying on ball with feet against wall, 6--stopped because my right shoulder hurt sharply
Hamstring bridge, 2 sets of 6
Row on ball, 40 pounds, 3 sets of 15
"Hug" thing pulling on handles, 2/10 pounds, 9
Wrist curls, 30 pounds, 15, 13
Triceps pulldown, 30 pounds, 15; 40 pounds, 6. Try 35 pounds next time
