For the last day or so, I've been feeling as though my walking and posture are slightly off, with weight more on one leg than the other, and stressing my right hip a little.

Thinking about it this evening, I tried shifting my pelvis slightly to the right. This helps, in the sense that it feels more comfortable. But (so far) I haven't got that working for walking, only sitting and standing, and I have to keep shifting back into position.

This will be the first thing on my agenda with Emilie on Thursday, even if it has resolved before then.

ETA I have spoken to Emilie briefly; she watched me walk and said something about my left gluteus maximus, and we'll work on it Thursday.
