That's a necklace I got from elisem at Wiscon. (Elise, I still owe you for this. If you can't remember how much either, I'll pick a number and throw in a bar of Maya Gold.)

There should be a story in there, but it hasn't come out yet. What's come out is the image of a fish reminding the other fish to drink when thirsty--and they stare at her, the way fish stare, because fish don't drink. I wish I could draw. Maybe collage, possibly with electronic stuff...

As a service to others, could you mention, where do you get your Maya Gold? Or is it a special import?? :-)

I can mention, but it won't do any good: my mother handed me three bars that she'd picked up at the Waitrose's nearest her home (which is in Finchley). It can occasionally be found in New York, but at something like $6 the bar, which is ridiculous; I've been told of a place that has it at a more reasonable price, but the friend who told me can't eat it herself, and I haven't had the chance to check.
