I got to the gym slightly later than usual (I didn't want to lose my place in what I was doing at work), and it was crowded, so I didn't do all of my usual exercises. Other than that, a good workout. And then I got drenched walking home: a light rain as I exited the subway got heavier as I walked toward home, and reached the "pouring buckets, and a river on the sidewalk" stage when I was far enough from the subway station that going on was no worse an idea than turning back. By the time I got home, I had cold, damp trousers clinging to my leg, and had given up on keeping my shoes dry blocks earlier.
So I came home, and took off all my wet clothes (which is to say everything except my earrings), and
cattitude handed me a hot cup of herb tea. I dried off, drank it, and all is well.
