It wasn't a good day to go to the gym (sore left knee and elbow) except that I hadn't been in ten days, and was afraid that if I put it off much longer, I would stop wanting to, which would make things more difficult. So, a carefully chosen set of what I normally do at the gym, with more time on the cardio bike than usual.
Cardio, 20 minutes plus 2 cooldown, top heart rate 138
Balance ~fly, 50 pounds, 2 sets of 15
Adjustable row, 70 pounds, 15; 60 pounds, 15
Wrist curl, 25-pound bar, 15, 8
Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 3 sets of 17
Tree, 5 sets of {3 on each leg}
