Cardio, 10:00, top heart rate 130. The difference in heart rate numbers between the new bikes and the older one has me dubious about all the ratings, but I don't care enough to go buy my own monitor.

Chest press, 50 pounds, 12, 13
Calf raise, 70 pounds, 3 sets of 17
Biceps curls, 12.5 pounds each hand, 20; 10 pounds each, 20
Wrist curls. 25-pound bar, 2 sets of 15
Balance ~fly, 50 pounds, 2 sets of {15 with each leg forward}
Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 2 sets of 17
[did the yoga tree at home, later, as on non-gym days]
