Well, that's novel: a vendor I haven't yet dealt with (though my boss has) sent me a Thanksgiving card.

Since I am mostly achieving a quiet, normal life, have a gym post :

Cardio, 12 minutes, top heart rate 148
Leg press, 300 pounds, 3 sets of 15 (getting it back to 300 feels significant; rationally, I know that it's not a bigger jump than 280 to 290, in fact slightly less in terms of proportion, but round numbers catch the attention). My left knee complained a bit during this, but I pressed on stoically.
Chest press, 50 pounds, 12, 10
Calf raise, 70 pounds, 3 sets of 17
Balance ~fly, 50 pounds, 2 sets of {15 with each leg forward}
Adjustable row, 60 pounds, 15, 11

Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 3 sets of 17
Tree, 5 sets of {3 on each leg}
Balance lateral raise, 3 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15
[I tried a balance squat, and the knee told me no, really not good, so I stopped partway through the first one.]
Biceps curls, 10 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 20
Stretches
