I have signed up for a (seasonal) flu shot: my company is offering them, free, conveniently at the office in a couple of weeks. I had gotten to the stage of wondering whether it was easier to go to a drugstore (at least one local chain is offering the shots, and that's what I did last winter) or call my GP, but hadn't called my doctor's office or looked up more information. (The office is also now full of signs, printed from flu.gov, with advice on flu prevention and treatment.)
But that's on the 13th of October. This afternoon, I lifted weights.
Cardio, 16 minutes plus one cooldown, top heart rate 149. (Those numbers vary so much, and so randomly, that I suspect the hardware that measures them doesn't work right, and that the main variable is which cardio bike I happen to use that day.)
Leg press, 300 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Chest press, 50 pounds, 12
Calf raise, 70 pounds, 15, 17, 17
Balance ~fly, 50 pounds, 15 with each leg forward, 9 each
Cross-body pull, 35 pounds, 15 with right arm.
Crunches, 3 sets of 30

Tree, 5 sets of {3 on each leg}
