Kij Johnson has a new short story up on Tor.com, a charming piece about a cat. I don't know if it would appeal as much to people who haven't read her novel Fudoki, which this is clearly connected to.
My boss has reminded me again to slow down. Meanwhile, I have finished the cold read and creation of an answer key for the math book I was working on, including the bits where the answer key says "none of these is quite right, here's how to fix it" or even "needs a new question." Tomorrow, more math, a copyedit.
