Leg press, 300 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Chest press, 50 pounds, 12; 45 pounds, 12
Calf raise, 70 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 2 sets of 17
Tree, 6 sets of {3 on each leg}
Balance lateral raise, 2.5 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15
Balance squats, 2 sets of 15
Biceps curls, 7.5 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 20
Hip adduction, 100 pounds, 2 sets of 13
Hip abduction, 80 pounds, 5: the fifth hurt significantly, so I stopped (left hip, but the right was sore this morning)
Balance ~fly, using a different machine ("Free motion"), so numbers not commensurate: 20 pounds, 2 sets of {15 with each leg forward}
