I hadn't been to the gym in a couple of weeks, between being up visiting
adrian_turtle and having fallen and hurt myself last week. By yesterday, I was starting to think that I needed to exercise some for the sake of my back muscles, as well as my mood and general health. So, I went to the gym after work, with a bit of care on what I did and how much.
Cardio, 15 minutes plus 2 cooldown, top heart rate 146
Leg press, 260 pounds, 2 sets of 15
Chest press, 45 pounds, 2 sets of 10
Calf raise, 70 pounds, 15; 60 pounds, 15; 70 pounds, 15
Balance ~fly, 50 pounds, 15 with each foot forward; 40 pounds, 15 each
Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 2 sets of 17
Tree, 5 sets of {3 on each leg}
Biceps curls, 7.5 pounds each hand, 20
Stretches
