By yesterday afternoon, I was just glad the workweek was over (nothing specifically wrong, but I was tired), but went to the gym anyway, and it went reasonably well.
Cardio, 15 minutes + 1 cooldown, top heart rate 144
Leg press, 280 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Chest press, 55 pounds, 12; 50 pounds, 6
Calf raise, 70 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Wrist curls, 30 pound bar, 15; 25 pounds, 15
Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 3 sets of 17
Tree, 5 sets of {3 on each foot}
Balance lateral raise, 2.5 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15
Balance squats, 15
Balance ~fly, 50 pounds, 15 with each foot forward (the heavier handles again, set slightly higher, still not as good; the handles I like wander off randomly, it seems)
Glute machine, 50 pounds, 12 with each foot
Biceps curls, 7.5 pounds each hand, 20; 12.5 pounds each hand, 10
