It isn't exactly cool, but I feel as though I've returned to the land of the living. Can go out and do things, without worrying about collapsing from the heat.
The relative humidity is way down, which makes one feel cooler by allowing more efficient evaporative cooling. Beyond a certain point temperature is much less a factor in comfort than the humidity. Heat Index and all that.
