This morning at work was frustrating enough (computer issues) that I decided to go to the gym at lunchtime. By mid-afternoon, I was remembering why I so seldom do this: to fit a workout into my lunch hour, I did no cardio (treated the walk to the gym as my warmup: it's about four blocks, uphill, but interrupted by traffic lights), and I didn't do the serious stretching at the end, just a bit of stretching after specific exercises. It did help my mood, though.
