The hot water is out again. And not expecting that, I didn't dash to run the dishwasher during the few hours I had hot water.

It's hot enough that a cold shower might be tolerable, even appealing, briefly.

Also hot enough that handwashing even a few dishes using water from the teakettle does not appeal.

Here in AZ we've entered the season of no cold water from the taps. It comes out lukewarm at best.

How close is your gym? That's where I showered (my gym, not yours) when my bathroom was full of ceiling for a few days last year.
