I was yawning at work this morning, despite the usual amounts of tea, and thinking "and it's only Monday." I went to the gym after work anyway, in part because this is the only day of the week I was sure would work for the gym (because of other plans). The intention was a relatively light workout, because I was tired out by yesterday's long walk and didn't want to repeat that. I may have overdone it: in particular, I did some stuff, thought I was done, went to stretch, and then saw that mat space had become available and did a bunch more exercises. My joints (left elbow, hip, and knee) were complaining on the walk home from the subway, though they're feeling better for rest and aspirin (and a good dinner didn't hurt).
