I was a little hesitant about working out this evening, but
cattitude pointed out that I hadn't been to the gym in a little while, and that the heavy pieces of metal were calling my name. So I went. I did some cardio and a bunch of weight work, interrupted briefly by banging the back of my head on a handle. I stopped, got an ice pack, applied it for a few minutes, and went on with the workout: it didn't feel remotely like the sort of head injury people worry about, I just wanted to avoid or minimize bruising.
Cardio, 12 minutes, top heart rate 138
Chest press, 65 pounds, 11
Leg press, 220 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Biceps curls, 10 pounds each hand, 2 or 3 sets of 20 (I lost track, and decided I'd rather round up, and possibly do three sets, than round down and possibly do only one. I think it was three)
Calf raise, 80 pounds, 3 sets of 15

Wrist curl, 30 pounds, 2 sets of 15
Balance ~fly, 55 pounds, 2 sets of {15 with each leg forward}
Cross-body pull for rotator cuff, 40 pounds, 2 sets of 15 with the right hand, 15 with left hand
Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 2 sets of 17
Tree, 6 sets of {3 on each leg}
