A good workout (though I had to buy an extra lock, because the one I thought was in my bag wasn't—as I guessed, it had fallen out and was sitting on the chair at home).

Cardio, 18 minutes plus one cooldown, top heart rate 141
Leg press, 220 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Chest press, 65 pounds, 10
Glute machine, 37.5 pounds, 15 with each leg
Balance ~fly, 55 pounds, 2 sets of {15 with each leg forward}
Calf lift, 80 pounds, 15; 70 pounds, 2 sets of 15. The ones at 70 were slower and smoother; 80 is marginal for me right now.

Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 3 sets of 17
Tree, 5 sets of {3 on each leg}

Balance lateral raise, 2.5 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15
Balance squats, 15
Biceps curls, 10 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 20
