I've just had a nice long conversation with
alanro, and feel basically caught up, though we could have happily talked longer had I not needed to eat dinner. He had more to tell me than the other way around, which was fine.
Cardio, 20 minutes plus 2 cooldown, top heart rate 150
Chest press, 65 pounds, 10, 6
(Technogym) leg press, 260 pounds, 3 sets of 15. This is definitely easier on my shoulders than the standing plate-loaded machine, and I should probably stick to it for a while. (The problem is that sometimes they're doing Xpressline and it's not available, but there's a Nautilus that is.)
Balance ~fly, 65 pounds, 15 with each leg forward; 50 pounds, 7 each
Calf raise, 80 pounds, 15; 70 pounds, 2 sets of 15
Biceps curl, 10 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 20
Balance lateral raise (bouncing gently in place), 2.5 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15. Again, trying to be gentle to the shoulders, and the point here is the balance, not the shoulder exercise.
Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 3 sets of 17
Tree, 5 sets of {3 on each leg}
