I went to the gym after work today. A brief workout, because I'm still a bit tired and overstrained my arms on the computer over the weekend, but my mood is better for what I did.

Cardio, 15 minutes, top heart rate 132
Leg press, 200 pounds, 2 sets of 15; 220 pounds, 15 (I was working in with someone, he had it at 150, and I said "put a couple of 25s on" without really thinking. After the first set, I left it there because it had seemed a good weight; he'd upped it 20 after my second set, and I left the extra 20 on.)
Wrist curl, 30 pounds, 6. The right handle wasn't available, I tried a different one, the motion was wrong, I stopped. Wrist curls probably weren't a great choice anyhow right now, but all the equipment I actually wanted was in use at that moment.
Slanted calf raise, 50 pounds, 3 sets of 15

Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arch, 3 sets of 17
Tree, 4 sets of {3 on each leg}

Balance lateral raise, 2.5 pounds each, 15

Stretches
Balance ~fly, 50 pounds, 15. Yes, in that order. I'd thought I was done, but there were no towels clean, so I did these while waiting for some.

wow, you sound very strong.

I used to work out regularly, lifting weights and cardio. Then I dropped it as I've started to study after work. I can feel the difference significantly. I'm working back in to exercise.

How long did it take to adjust physically to working out regularly, assuming that you started after a period of inactivity.
