I just got email with a pointer to a ConJose programming questionnaire, which said they wanted it filled out/sent in by May 22. Today is May 15. Under the circumstances, I filled it out, and under "what else do we need to know?" told them that I don't know whether I'll be at the convention (this isn't something I expect to decide in the next week). So, okay, a few things I'd be willing to talk about, from their checklist, and a note that I'm a good moderator, including for science panels (something I haven't otherwise volunteered for). And a "bio for the program book, 150 words or less:
"Vicki Rosenzweig is a nonfiction writer and editor, and a long-time fanzine fan. She fell into the Weblog phenomenon by accident, before most people had heard of it. As a lifelong New Yorker, she is used to meeting and conversing with people from alien cultures, and mostly wants to know what sort of food they cook well."

I don't recall my bio, but it was something very silly.
I certainly hope you decide to make it, though.
