Well, now I know why all those kids come and hang around outside the Viacom building in the cold. Once in a while, someone from MTV wanders outside,
says "Mission--get those girls" to her companion, and then shouts "Hey girls, you want to come up?" to the pre-teens across the street. They're delighted and have to be told to wait until it's safe to cross.

Now, if someone could only explain why they feel the need to scream all afternoon...no, it wouldn't help, because they'd still be screaming.
