Having worked quite late last night, my boss's told me to leave early today, so I was able to get to the gym before it got busy. I was glad to avoid crowds and be able to use one Xpressline machine, but I wish I'd known before I ate a large lunch and a chocolate brownie: it got in the way of the crunches, I think. This was my first workout in a couple of weeks, because of the tattoo and then the trip to Montreal. I'd say it went well, but my arms are sorer now than they usually are post-exercise.
