I went to the gym today, for the first time since before I went to Wales. Also the first time this year. I hadn't really thought about January and lunchtime and what they'd do to a gym; much more crowded than I've been used to of late. Also lots of annoying posters talking about the wonders of personal training for weight loss and New Year's resolutions, of which I have none.
There was one bike free, so I did a bit of cardio, then a whole bunch of upper-body work with weights. I'm putting off lower-body stuff until my hip is entirely better, not just mostly.
