Printers are evil, but cattitude is extremely clever. I have printout.

It's not the greatest printout, but the price was right: this is from the printer we salvaged, complete with ink cartridges, from the compactor room (also the source of our fine kitchen counter/shelf). And I don't need camera copy here, I just need something I can proofread for typos and such, and send back to the editor.

It seems like the interface point between the papered and paperless worlds (heading in either direction) is always the weak point of the system. I will be ever so glad when the engineers manage to actually give us the completely paperless world that the SF writers have been promising for decades.
