A decent workout, during which I re-added one exercise and realized again why some people go to the gym every day: because they have more than they can conveniently fit into a single workout.

Cardio 33 minutes, top heart rate 147
Assisted chin-up, 10, 5

Hip adduction, 100 pounds, 15, 15, 12
Hip abduction, 100 pounds, 7; 90 pounds, 12

Adjustable row, 90 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Calf machine, 55 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Bench press, 60 pounds, 12, 8; 55 pounds, 10
Seated leg curl, 85 pounds, 3 sets of 15

Crunches, 4 sets of 20
Back arches, 2 sets of 16
Lift with physio ball, 2 sets of 16
Yoga tree, 4 sets of (2 on each leg)

Triceps pulldown (I think this is properly called a triceps extension; should check), 45 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Wrist curls, 25 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Lat pulldown, 72 pounds, 2 sets of 12; 65 pounds, 12. I was pushing myself more than usual at the end of the second and third sets. By the eighth rep on the last (lower-weight) set, my left forearm and possibly elbow hurt.

Seated leg press, 225 pounds, 3 sets of 12
Stretches

After exercising I finally bought a new pair of snow boots, for a reasonable price: it seems that the shoestore ordered extra after the early December snow, and nobody bought them because it's been dry since. They're a little snug around the calves right now, but I'm counting on the leather to stretch slightly as I break them in.

Wandering around Chinatown after lunch, I found that almost nobody was displaying fruit and vegetables outside stores (not surprising at 16°F (-9°C)), so I don't know whether it's still clementine season. More research is clearly called for.
