Slightly different set of exercises than usual, in part in an attempt to spare my ankles and then my right calf.

Cardio, 23 minutes, top heart rate 147: stopped because my right calf felt like it might be cramping.

Calf machine, 45 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Tricep pulldown, 45 pounds, 2 sets of 15; 40 pounds, 15
Lat pulldown, 72 pounds, 12, 7

Crunches, 4 sets of 20
Back arches (regular), 2 sets of 16

Bicep curl, 35-pound bar, 2 sets of 15; 30 pounds, 15
Leg extension, one leg at a time (good for muscles around knees): 10 pounds, 2 sets of 12 on each leg
Wrist curl, 25-pound bar, 3 sets of 15

Stretches
