I am overdue for a haircut, because for the last several weeks, the salon's website didn't show my stylist as having any availability for haircuts. I've been meaning to call the salon and ask whether Taylor is still doing haircuts, and if not, does it make sense to schedule with someone else?
This afternoon, I wrote a brief phone call script, then decided to look at the web booking form again so I could describe what I saw. This time, it showed Taylor on the list of stylists. She has appointments available on Sept. 2 and 17th--so I have booked a haircut for Sept. 17th.
I had been assuming that Taylor was only doing hair coloring (since she was on the list of stylists), but am now wondering whether she's been sick or otherwise on leave.
