I went to the doctor yesterday to have her examine my hands, and teach me some massage stuff that might help with the pain. I now have a referral to get my hands X-rayed, but the video she made on my phone to show how to massage my fingers didn't save properly. I have sent a message through MyChart, asking if there's some online reference, or if we can redo the video at my next appointment. I think being worn out is from some combination of having had the Ocrevus infusion two days ago--Cattitude pointed out that this is a pattern, which I hadn't registered--and trudging through snow and slush to get to Davis Square, and then toadrian_turtle's, yesterday.
