cattitude, and talked to adrian_turtle on the phone (a year ago, I spent the night at Adrian's place and called Cattitude).
Because it might help to start the year as I'd like it to go: I went for a good walk after lunch and did the knee exercise that requires a step. I have written and sent both email and a postcard, and played lots of Scrabble.
The specific references of Sondheim's "I'm Still Here" are from the last century, but this seems to fit:
I got through all of last year,
And I'm here.
Lord knows, at least I've been there, and I'm here.
