I felt better for being out in the sunshine together. It didn't give me the impetus either to call my senators or do get-out-the-vote phone banking, but I felt much calmer about it, and looked at what I had already done today. Following on with that, I have done some more PT exercises, and will be cooking dinner in a little while.
Washing the frying pan and doing my balance exercises may be displacement activity, but they're also things I need to do. The Duolingo French may not be necessary, but is useful.
