Just did the same thing here. Storage space is a bit tight, but we'll manage.

I've been thinking a lot about how to make rice and beans palatable over the long run. I already had spices of various kinds, but I got some red and green enchilada sauce, salsa, instant soup mixes known to be tasty (as seasoning, not to be made into soup), some canned diced green chiles, and kimchi and regular sauerkraut. Also walnuts and jarred roasted red peppers for walnut sauce, and peanuts for fried rice. I keep thinking I have forgotten something, but possibly not.

I haven't gotten canned soup yet but it's a good idea.
