I think that nellorat mentioned on her journal that we had better luck with dosing Courageous once we found a compounding pharmacy which would mix her medicines with cod liver oil. She still resisted taking them, but she didn't resist as much.
The downside is that cod liver oil gets all over things; with an indoor cat, you might end up with a house reeking of cod.
