Not secret, just boring. Another good workout, after skipping the gym on Friday because of random aches and pains. I'm settling in at 140 pounds on the seated leg press, and seem to have the hang of 25 on the weight machine I like but don't have a name for. 45 for the one that exercises my calves; on the adjustable row, 50 is easy, 60 is pushing it. I need to ask someone to show me what I'm doing wrong on the lat pulldown, but that was the only machine I'd have had to wait for this afternoon, so I didn't bother. kai ta loipa.
