The only exercise I did in Montreal, other than walking and the yoga, was crunches one morning while [livejournal.com profile] rysmiel was asleep. Now I'm back, and have had a good, thorough workout:

Cardio, 13 minutes plus one cooldown, top heart rate 140
Leg press, 200 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Chest press, 50 pounds, 2 sets of 12 (55 would have been fine, if there'd been a pin for the five-pound increments, but 65 would clearly have been too much, and I didn't try it).
Calf raise, 70 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Glute machine (first time since the gall bladder removal), 35 pounds, 15 with each leg
Triceps pulldown, 40 pounds, 15

Crunches, 3 sets of 30
Back arches, 3 sets of 17
Tree, 6 sets of {3 on each leg}

Biceps curls, 10 pounds each hand, 20, 11; right hand only, 9
Wrist curls, 25-pound bar, 2 sets of 15; 30 pounds, 15
Balance lateral raise, 2.5 pounds each hand, 2 sets of 15
Balance squats (with a very light "body blade" held for balance), 15

Stretches
