I made a slow start today, but I did get to the gym and do a thorough workout.
Hip adduction: 100 pounds, 20, 20, 19
Hip abduction: 90 pounds, 15, 15, 14+2
Cardio, 30 minutes (and then stopped because my left hip hurt); top heart rate 142
Bench press, 40 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Seated leg curl, 70 pounds, 20, 20, 15
Adjustable row, 100 pounds, 3 sets of 15
Tricep pulldown, 35 pounds, 3 sets of 17
Crunches, 4 sets of 20
Back arches, 3 sets of 15

(I tried the seated leg press at 140 pounds, but stopped after 2 reps because my knees were in pain.)
Bicep curls, 30 pound bar, 3 sets of 17
Lateral raise (just out to the side and down again, not the bringing-in-to-center kind I'd been doing), 5 pounds each hand, 3 sets of 15
Stretches
I also made a few notes about things I may want to do on Monday with the trainer; the leg press machine in the weight room; lat pulldowns; more stretches.
After the workout, I took a train down to Chinatown for a snack: a roast pork bun, a beef curry flaky pastry, and a cup of tea.
Checked the park on the way home for the goslings
cattitude spotted yesterday. They were there, walking across the mud between their parents, too far away to be visible other than as small moving dots. There were also three ducklings, closer to us, on the same mudflat.
