The cardio bikes I like were all in use, so I used a treadmill instead. This meant not reading, and would be very boring if I did it more than every other year. As was, I played with speed and slope to keep myself. Either 16 (I think) or 13 minutes, I didn't take notes soon enough, top heart rate 131. And I worried a little about my balance, especially when I was drinking (because a hand on the water bottle is a hand not holding the handrails).
