I still don't understand what's going on, but it looks to be solved, more or less:
MyChart shows a new 90-day prescription for mirtazapine, written two days ago, but the CVS app didn't show it. So, I called CVS. The pharmacist said the insurance wouldn't cover the pills yet, but she could do an override for 30 pills, and they will be available after their lunch break today. I would have paid for 30 pills myself if I had to, but the override means zero copay.
She also told me that I will have to talk to them when I refill it, to get it back to the 90-day supply that Dr. Awad prescribed.
