Having fallen Sunday evening, I carefully did very little yesterday.
When I changed the bandage on my forehead last night, I saw that in addition to the more-or-less vertical scab over the cut, I have a larger bruise than I'd realized. I discovered that by touching it, and it was barely visible.
Today, I called the hairdresser to cancel my appointment for a haircut two days from now. I might be okay having someone touch my forehead by then, but I didn't want to count on it. I have rescheduled for the second week in March, rather than a week from Thursday, because I don't heal as quickly as I used to, and didn't want to be sitting here next Tuesday wondering whether I'd be healed two days later. (The person who cuts my hair had one other appointment before March 10th, and it was for while my mother is going to be visiting us.)
I've done a bunch of PT today, but didn't go outside, because it's cold and I didn't need to go anywhere or even take out recycling. Tomorrow is supposed to be warmer than today.
