My plan for the afternoon had been to work on a copyediting test. Sometime in the 1:30-2:00 range, after lunch and a cup of tea, I realized that I had a serious case of the don't wannas. So, rather than spend all afternoon staring at the screen and doing online jigsaw puzzles, I did a few of my PT exercises.
Nope, still don't want to work. Let's do a bit more Duolingo French.
Still nope, so how about more exercise?
I have pretty much caught up on my exercises, including all the upper body stuff. I'm feeling a bit creaky, but not in ways that are stopping me exercising: what feels like a bruised tailbone from falling on my ass Sunday afternoon, and stiffness in my fingers.
The fall was otherwise not a big deal: it was from sitting on a low wheeled stool in the kitchen, so I only fell about a foot, and
cattitude grabbed an ice pack, which I proceeded to sit on.
