That's "new" to me, not newly constructed: I walked over to the Beech Street Center and used the fitness room, for a little while: about five minutes on the cardio bike, three of the exercise machines, and did one of my PT exercises with seven-pound weights. I'm still being careful about amount and intensity of exercise, at the tail end of recuperating from being sick; I'm not at all sure how adding new exercises fits in with this. (At this end of the paragraph, "new" means things that not only aren't on my exercise-tracking spreadsheet, but that I haven't done at least since we moved to Massachusetts, but that I have experience with from when I had a gym membership, back when we lived in New York.)
