Maven Realty (the agency that showed us this place two years ago) has brought several people around to look at the apartment, plus three (as of half an hour ago) last-minute cancellations and one irritating rescheduling. None of them are staying long, and we're not expected to do much (indeed, we don't need to be here) but it's distracting, and means I have to wear more clothes than I otherwise might.
There are other disappointing or irritating things going on, including the freelance client from a few months ago asking for another receipt, because the one I sent her by request apparently didn't satisfy some office at her university, but I think I would be taking them much more calmly if they weren't on top of all the people coming to see the apartment. (The client both copied me into an email chain and asked me to reply, and asked for a new invoice. I have done the former, and some time tomorrow I will email and tell her that if she tells me exactly what she needs, I will endeavor to provide it.)
