socializing

I fell a bit behind on work in the last couple of days, but decided I would still go to Jerry and Suzle's Boxing Day open house, in part because I hadn't done anything social since Thanksgiving. So I had a fun few hours talking to people; the party was full of people saying things like "I'm sorry it's been so long, but I've been a hermit lately," so clearly it's not just me.

I got some editing done this morning, and then about an hour this evening right before and then a bit after dinner.

I have also done my exercises. I did the first batch of exercises this morning in the fitness room, figuring that even if time was tight, they would help my mood, which they did, and the rest after dinner.
