It was raining lightly when I left work today; I didn't even bother putting my hat on, and I left my old umbrella in my desk.
By the time I was done at the grocery store, an hour later and several miles uptown, it was a fairly steady rain. I put my hat on and walked home, glad that the air had cooled off quite a bit from the weather we'd been having. Warm enough to enjoy the rain, cool enough to be comfortable weather for walking home with a couple of bags of groceries.
When I got home, I took off all my wet clothes, which is to say everything, and hung them to dry. I'm looking forward to a cool night, but have turned on the bedroom air conditioner to reduce the humidity some. Enjoying walking in a warm rain doesn't mean I like doing my stretches and bits of exercise in close to 100% relative humidity.
