Another Thursday

I saw Emilie this evening, as usual.

I started by telling her that the cool new thing from last week had turned out to not be a cool thing, in terms of knee pain (though the knees were fine by this afternoon, they are still not as good as they had been recently). We agreed that we need to be careful with new things, and not do lots and lots of something the first time, even if I'm enjoying it and it seems to be fine as far as my joints and muscles are concerned.

I was feeling somewhat stressed for other reasons, and don't feel much like writing down details here; I did a bunch of the usual stuff, and it went moderately well.
