Happy Thanksgiving to my Canadian family and friends!
I have an apple pie. This is only loosely relevant, but Thanksgiving is a more food-centric holiday than some.
I probably shouldn't have an apple pie: my feet and knees were bothering me a little after work, but I didn't stop to do the math on the added walking distance of taking the bus over to near the pie shop, then walking the (short) rest of the way, buying a pie, and then walking back to the subway, while avoiding stairs: about 1/3 of a mile more than if I had gotten off the bus at 34th and Eighth. Still, the Little Pie Company makes good pies. My knees are not happy right now.
