I posted to irongirls a little while ago about the frustration of having lost ground, in terms of numbers (weight and reps), on the weight-lifting. I'm know the numbers aren't the important part, but it's still hard when I can see how much ground I lost from the time not working out, between the Bell's palsy over the summer and the recent bout of bronchitis. The good news is that I'm doing more time on the cardio (which is difficult in part because I find it boring), though not up to the 33 minutes I'd been doing a year ago (the feature section of the newspaper is shorter than it was, I think, so I run out of reading/distraction sooner).
